To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via text, telephone, or email, to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations and no-shows with short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill the available time slot and result in a loss of income for your stylist.

​Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible, we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

​We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes or to gain a new perspective. Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist at Steel Blade Men’s Salon, we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your needs.
