Our services are paid for when your appointment is reserved. This allows us to handle more of the business side of your visit before you arrive, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your time with us.
Your service payment is applied toward your appointment. We’ll take care of any applicable taxes, gratuity, or additional purchases at checkout.
Changing or Canceling Your Appointment
48 Hours or More Before: Cancel for a full refund or transfer your payment to a new appointment.
24–48 Hours Before: Transfer your payment to another appointment. If you’re unsure when you can return, we’ll keep your payment on your account for a future reservation.
Within 24 Hours: Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours are outside our standard refund and transfer window. A new appointment requires a new service payment.
Missed Appointments: A missed appointment generally requires a new payment when reserving another service.

Appointment Confirmations
If you don’t respond to a confirmation request, your appointment remains reserved unless Steel Blade confirms a change or cancellation.
