Cancellation Policy
To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via text, telephone, or email, to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations and no-shows with short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill the available time slot and result in a loss of income for your stylist.

To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book all appointments." Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team.
